The Town of Durham provides Human Service programs based on community needs and tradition.  Our programs are fully responsive to the needs of our residents.  Our Human Services Department is capable of planning, conducting and evaluating the comprehensive delivery of human services across agency lines to ensure appropriate services are provided to our residents. The programs and services we offer are provided to address the needs of residents in crisis, our elderly, those physically disabled, and those mentally disabled.
